Search published content. Search all published topics in a collection with one request. Results include a score from 0 to 1, so a support interface can decide when no result is strong enough.
Model Context Protocol endpoint. Published content is available over the Model Context Protocol, so an assistant can search and read it. Access is read-only and limited to published content. HelpCCMS runs no AI model for delivery.
New accounts go to checkout. After signing up, a new account goes straight to checkout. The account exists either way; editing needs the subscription.
Code blocks with a label. A code block can show its language or a custom label, and carries a copy button on HelpCCMS pages.
Developer pages come from the delivery API. The developer documentation is published topics, retrieved through the same public delivery API that customers use.
Export as JSON. Download collections, topics and their structure, inline components, glossary terms and image references as one file from your account.
Change your email address. Update the address from your account page. The new address is confirmed by email.
Register improvements. The register follows the topic being edited, copies a collection id or a delivery address with one click, and publishes a topic from its own row.
Delivery measured per channel. Origin requests are recorded by delivery channel, which makes a failing or slow route visible per route.
Faster search. Search reads published snapshots directly instead of rendering every topic before searching it.

HelpCCMS opened for its first accounts with:
- topics with help keys;
- published snapshots;
- a public, read-only delivery API;
- inline components;
- JSON import.
